Reduce Wrinkles - Wrinkle Cure and Antiaging Skin Care

Wrinkles are the thin, creased, and drooping skin that is mainly noticeable on the face, neck, and hands.

Years of sun exposure cause the supporting structures of the skin, mainly the collagen and elastin, to weaken and shatter down. In addition, as a person ages, the sweat and oil glands of the skin become less plentiful and minor in size. This causes the skin to lose moisture and to dried out out. Dry skin with weak collagen and elastin will sag, shrink, and wrinkle. The skin around the eyelids, jaw, and neck is particularly thin, and therefore more naturally prone to aging.

How to Reduce Wrinkles:

1) A mixture of 1/4 cup comfrey infusion, 1/4 cup witch hazel and 10 drops of patchouli essential oil is successful in winkles cure. This can be stored in a clean bottle and should be applied on affected areas with the help of cotton ball.

2) Eat 1 tsp of shredded ginger along with a few drops of honey every morning.

3) Rub the core of a pineapple all over your face for a moment and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.

4) Glycolic acid is the most effective beneficial of the Alpha-Hydroxy-Acids (AHAs) in skin care. Once inside the cells, the acid goes to work triggering new formations of collagen to plump cells and ground the substances in the skin to lessen wrinkles on the skin's surface.

5) Prick 3 capsules of vitamin E and drain into bowl. Put in 2 tsps plain yogurt, 1/2 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and apply this to face with cotton ball, never use a rough cloth or dirty one. Leave on skin for about 10 minutes. Then wash off warm water.

6) Apply a paste of turmeric powder with sugarcane juice to avoid skin aging and get rid of wrinkles.
