DIET AND YOUR SKIN

Alcohol, coffee and tea interfere with the body’s ability to assimilate Vitamin B .If you replace them by unsweetened orange or grapefruit juice , you are doing your skin a good service .Diet is a widely discussed subject – what to eat and what not to eat. It is advised that you must eat a little of everything.

1. Eating at regular hours helps the intestines to function properly and as a result clears the complexion .

2. Always prefer fresh to canned food.
